How we measure

What this status means

Every 5 minutes we check every server included in subscriptions: whether the node responds and whether its address opens from a Russian network, checked from our servers in a Russian cloud. A country counts as available if at least one of its servers works.

Outages shorter than 15 minutes do not change the status at the top of the page, so it does not flicker, but they are counted in the daily history. We do not publish server names or addresses.

The checks run from a data center, and mobile carriers may apply their own restrictions: the status can be green while something still does not open for you. If the VPN does not work, contact support and we will sort it out.
